When the action film is close to the inductive surface of the switch from the front, the action interval close to the switch is the maximum action interval. The measured data should be within the parameters of the product.

The determination of the release interval; when the action film leaves the sensing surface close to the switch frontally and the switch changes from action to release, the maximum distance between the action film and the sensing surface is determined.

The absolute value of the difference between the maximum action interval and the release interval.

Measuring the action frequency; Driving the rubber wood disc by speed regulating motor, fixing some steel sheets on the disc, adjusting the interval between the switch induction surface and the action sheet, which is about 80% of the action interval of the switch, turning the disc, making the action sheet close to the switch in turn, installing a speed measuring device on the main shaft of the disc, the output signal of the switch is shaped and connected to the digital frequency meter. At this moment, starting the motor, gradually increasing the speed, under the condition that the product of the speed and the action piece is equal to the frequency count, the frequency of the switch can be read directly by the frequency meter.

Repetitive accuracy measurement; the action piece is fixed on the measuring tool, and the movement speed is controlled at 0.1mm/s from the front of the inductance surface of the switch to the action area of the switch beyond 120% of the action interval of the switch. When the switch is in action, read out the reading on the gauge, and then exit the action area to disconnect the switch. The difference between the maximum and minimum values of 10 measurements and the average values of 10 measurements is calculated after 10 repetitions. The error of repetition accuracy is the largest difference.
